Cassel's Dogs and Decoys is a family owned business. Tracy Cassel is from the Berks County area in southeastern Pennsylvania. Her 8-year-old daughter Ashley already goes dove hunting with her father and enjoys watching him on the sporting clays course. The family's newest addition was born in November 2003. Alexis Lee is already trying to blow daddy's duck call. Chelsea is their black lab who has 3 hunting seasons under her collar. She has logged over 250 flushes in addition to well over 100 retrieves of various waterfowl species.

When not painting decoys, Tracy works for a doctors office. She has always travelled to the fields or the water with her husband and, in 2001, decided to get a hunting license herself. Tracy hunts waterfowl exclusively, and of course when duck hunting over her decoys only. She prides herself in painting her decoys realistically, targeting realistic blocks for the gunners.

Tracy's goal is to provide the best looking decoy at an affordable price for the hunters who want to take special pride in their gunning rigs and get into a hunting rig that will produce more conversation from other hunters than the harvest itself. Tracy has experienced first hand that a better looking decoy spread produces more birds and closer shots which result in a cleaner harvest.
